Gluten-Free Mexican Vanilla Mixed Berry Thumbprint Cookies
Merry Christmas my lovely friends! WOW, can we just say it's been a hot minute since I actually posted something on the blog, and I am so excited to get back into it! In the spirit of total transparency, I haven't had the energy or the time to be creative for many many months, and it feel so good to get back into it!
The podcast has been so fulfilling, and hearing from you guys day in and day out about how much you love it has really been motivating for Laura and I to keep showing up, sharing our stories, and bringing you guys some pretty rad guests. So that has been my main focus the last few weeks--making sure we bring it every week, show up, and be present!
I will say though, 2018 has got me all excited, and I've already got a long list of topics, recipes, and projects I'll be working on, so stay tuned! I'm going to keep this post short and sweet, so I can get back to holiday things like sipping hot cocoa, and watching The Family Stone. I hope these make a cool grain free addition to your holiday parties!
(NOTE: Shortbread is finicky as HELL, your dough may appear crumbly at first, but trust the process as written first before you freak out! Though dough will be very dense, but mine actually turned out great once they rested!)
